Acquired in 2007, this former assisted living facility was successfully converted following the same dogma of bringing great style and superior finish to whatever Tessler builds. The conversion was complete in time for the 2008 school year with 426 rooms and many amenities, such as a 3,300 SF gym, library, laundry centers, classrooms, relaxation and game areas. Custom state of the art security systems ensure the safety of all the students.
