In December 2006, Tessler Developments acquired a 114,000 Square foot office building on John Street, downtown Manhattan. Motivated to fill the demand for student housing, Tessler Developments brought its considerable experience in luxurious living spaces to create 235 student rooms with artful and hi-end finishes such as limestone showers and Italian bath fixtures. A modern lobby with high-tech security systems and various student amenities such as a gym and game rooms complete this successful project.
